Graduated Architectural Engineer specialized in urbanism, and with a Master’s Degree in Engineering of Ecole Centrale Paris, Mr. Danilo Furundzić, has an ideal background for a development project manager.
Specialized in analyzing and advising on Eastern European development investments, with the knowledge that is a union of practical urban planning with all the legal framework and the comprehension of system engineering (planning, organizing, managing and controlling processes).
Mr. Furundzić was previously employed in Arte Charpentier (Paris, France), CentroProject (Belgrade, Serbia) and UnionEngineeringGroup Kwt (Kuwait City, Kuwait) where he was in charge of planning, organizing, and managing development projects, and was the managing director of Rixos Ltd., sourcing, negotiating and structuring real-estate deals in Serbia valued in excess of 50 million euros.
His background as an architect combined with an MBA adds great value to development projects and ensures that the investments are delivered on time and according to budget. Mr. Furundzić is the cofounder, and technical director of Festina Technology ltd.
Since 2008. Mr. Furundzić is an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, actively involved in educating future architects on financial and managemnt topics, and administering the role of the Secretary of the Departmant of urbanism.
With experience in urban development, manages complex projects, focusing on the unique environmental, aesthetic and economic demands of the communities in which he operates.
